To sum up, the Internet was invented for military purpose in the beginning, and then used by acedemic unit for communicaiton purpose. During the war, it's vital to keep the commmuniation work. Not until 1983, which is viewed as the official birth of Internet, can we finally reach the concencus of the global standard of Network. The protocol is called TCP/IP.

To sum up, the way the Internet worlk should start frome a device sending messages(sender). Then, the transfer of information will come from one IP to another. During the process of transfer, the message will be broke into peices which is called packets. When the time the other IP receives the message, the packets will reassemble. By the way, how TCP works in here is all the packets must be subject to the rules of TCP in order to maintain the quality of sending and receiving messages.

To sum up, the most common protocol we've known is HTTP. It is the protocol used to transmit all kinds of data, such as text, multimedia, and graphics. HTTP and FTP, another popular protocol used to send files, are both working upon TCP/IP protocol. Other protocol like IMAP, its most famous application is GMAIL. To sum up, the first step usually comes with entering the address, which is also called Uniform Resource Locator(URL). And next, Domain Name System(DNS) would do the working, helping totranslate a website's URL into the IP address. When it's identified, the router would request the data through the Internet and to the target web server. The request would off course follow the rules of protocols and become in the form of packet. After the server recieves the request and process the information, it would send a data packet to the brower with all the information it demands, it would follow the original path, going through the Internet, and then the router. Ultimately, routers distribute packets to the devices that send the request in the beginning.

This part is quite significant for me. To sum up, the importance of teamwork came from today's multidisplinary industry. In other words, if the working environment need no cross-field cooperation, the teamwork wouldn't be such an urgent task. Also, it would become much more easy. In Taiwan, for a long time, OEM and ODM of hardware is the core industry, and most of the talents we required and developed are engineering related. Hence, we are lack of experience of multidisplinary teamwork nor the talents from diverse fields with global competitiveness. Well-established corporate managenent system, the respect to all kinds of talent, and advanced management knowledge are all our weaknesses by nature. There are some common reasons of the failure of a team. For example, absence of trust, fear of conflicts, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, inattention to results(team goal).
